Secure FTP
Is there a white-paper or best practices guide for making a HP/9000 Server running 11i v1 a dedicated secure ftp server using Secure Shell?

Re: Secure FTP
It doesn't necessarily address an scp server, but there are writeups about making HP-UX a "bastion" host that discuss securing a system. I think there is a copy in the itrc somewhere, or you can web search on "HP-UX bastion host"

Re: Secure FTP
Instead of secure FTP, you can use scp to have a secure data transactions .
For this to happen, you need to install the latest version of HPUX secure shell , start the ssh daemon and have an scp client at the client end .
