Secure Path sp2
I am going to upgrade Secure Path version 3.0D to 3.0F sp2. My Server Hardware is rp4440. In the Release Note, I saw that Secure Path 3.0F sp2 doesn't support Active-Active Mode with rp4440 server. If anybody have any idea ,please assist me

Re: Secure Path sp2
Originally it was not. I think they refer to the level is 4.x version of the firmware that is active/active.

Re: Secure Path sp2
We don't have that particular model of EVA, but we are running plenty of active-active connections.
There are a couple of new things with 3.0F sp2, I would be sure you understand the documentation before you run off and do the upgrade. (My favorite is the 'autopath discover' you have to run...)
The Securepath people are notoriously bad at updating their documentation...
Hope it helps

Re: Secure Path sp2
It is good then that SecurePath will become obsolete with 11iv3 :)

Re: Secure Path sp2
As both EVA3K & EVA8100 are connected same host parallel, is it possible to configure EVA3K for Active-Passive & EVA8100 for Active-Active in the same host ?
Thanks
Niru
