Secure Shell
I am looking for an implementation of SSH-2 for Unix servers (HP-UX & Solaris) and Windows servers and workstations.
I am currently considering SSH Corporations Secure Shell (www.ssh.com) and F-secures secure shell (www.f-secure.com).
It seems to me that they are both good products but the support available concerns me. Does anyone have any experience of these products? Can you recommend anything else? Any other points that I should consider?
Thanks in advance! :-)

Re: Secure Shell
We use it on all our servers. We have 3rd parties who use F-secure SSH and weve had compatibility problems between it and HP's SSH implementation. Weve found HP's implementation much easier to install and setup, and its free and supported by HP!

Re: Secure Shell
These products are very good however there is not any commercial support for openssh. I have a requirement for support.

Re: Secure Shell
use the ssh software from HP. Then you will have a support in the case you need one.
We have installed HP-SSH on our HP servers. And there is no problem.

Attached is Chris Vale's paper on how to set up passwordless services by exchanging public encryption keys.
Note: Finally giving Chris proper credit though his name IS in the doc. :-)
