Sendmail+Amavis+uvscan

Hi all!
I have a problem with SUBJ functioning. Upon the receipt of mail with infected attachment, amavis defines and blocks it. Simultaneously, it sends notifications to administrator, sender and recipient. The problem is that notification does not arrive to recipient.

sendmail log:
Mar 26 04:41:39 shark sendmail[8427]: h2Q9fajd008425: to=, delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=amavis, pri=30377, dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent

if message not infected - subj work correct.

All settings were done in accordance with README.sendmail.
Does anybody have any ideas?
