sendmail - Install web upgrade?

Ok this might be a stupid question but what is a "web upgrade"

The following is from the security notice just sent on sendmail

SOLUTION: B.10.10 - write to security-alert@hp.com for information
B.10.20 - install PHNE_28760
B.11.00 (sendmail-8.9.3) - install PHNE_28809
B.11.00 (sendmail-8.11.1) - install web upgrade
--> B.11.04 - install PHNE_29526
B.11.11 (sendmail-8.9.3) - install PHNE_28810
B.11.11 (sendmail-8.11.1) - install web upgrade
B.11.22 - install PHNE_28409

I understand "Install PHNE_xxxxx" but have no idea what they mean by "install web upgrade"

The web upgrade is just the lastest version of Sendmail available on http://software.hp.com/. This should be listed in the security notice.

Just means that they want you to download their latest version they have on hp's website.
