sendmail - NOQUEUE

hi, ux11.11v1
sendmail version 8.11.1 rev 1.6
Nov 23 09:43:24 sysname sendmail[29355]: NOQUEUE: connect from root@localhost

What does the NOQUEUE mean here?

Means the mail was not added to the queue. Null conection. It was not accepted.

... for the match). NOQUEUE: Null connection from host.domain [IP.AD.DD.RESS].
An entry like: NOQUEUE: Null connection from host.domain ...
