Sendmail
Hi all,
I've just upgraded my system from hp-ux 10.20 to 11.00. Everything looks fine, but when i was running performance analyzer tool from 3Com, I found that sendmail use maximum of snmp port.
Could anybody help me, what can i do to resolve this problem ? or are there any patches related to sendmail and snmp port ?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
BJ.

Re: Sendmail
Not sure what you are asking, please let me know how you think that sendmail uses snmp? sendmail uses only port 25 for SMP (not SNMP).
If you want to disable the snmp daemons this is done in /etc/rc.config.d. man snmpd will give you lots of info on how to tune, use, and of course disable snmp.
Regards,
Shannon
