setting fonts

Hi,
I am using Unix 11i, with HP laser jet printer.
I want to print with diffrent fonts,
any option with lp command?

but i had tred wtih below commad:
lp -dprinter_1 -onb -oFarial log.lst
lp -dprinter_1 -onb -oFArial log.lst
but i did not get the expected out put it took the default font any other option do i need to specify?

I Am using hp laserjet 2430 dtn printer nad there is no model script in the server HPUX 11.23, So i downloaded and installed. But even then my print command is not working properly. Fro example

lp -dNPIFA6C10_1 -onb -olm5 -otm10 test.lst

In the above command margins are not set as per the command. So it means it does not took right model script isn't it?

how to resolve? please advice
