Setting up Secure Resource Partition
Hi,
I intend setting up SRP on a HPUX box.
I guess it is not installed on my box.
There is no /opt/hpsrp directory in there.
Can you let me know which patches do I need to install? Does this come for free or do I need to purchase it?
$ uname -a
HP-UX vcshi041 B.11.31 U ia64 3496900132 unlimited-user license

The software license for SRP (including PRM) is included with all HP-UX 11i v3 Operating Environments.

Re: Setting up Secure Resource Partition
Thanks Kapil,
I have got through installing SRP.
I need help adding an SRP compartment.
My machine has 1 public link and 2 private links.
When the srp -add commmand asks for IP address and Network interface name should I give a public link or a private link?
or should I give a Virtual IP?
