Believe the first was a shutdown by a user *directly* logged in as root.
Second by atmes01 su'd to root.

For me it looks like
Halt:
Did you do a shutdown from a remote PC or machine.
Halt:(by atmes01!root)
atmes01 is the hostname of the machine.So you have brought the machine down using root of atmes01

Also In your earlier post you were speaking about a crash of one of the machines.
Yes you can find the panic message here at the shutdownlog file
or also you can check the reason in the INDEX file located at the crash directory.

remote PC to halt the server?
