Smart Array 6400 Series Controller or Mirror Disk UX

We are in planning stages of getting new servers. I see that the RX4640 RX7420 have a Smart Array 6400 Series Controller option with HPUX.

Smart Array 6402 is available now with HP-UX, Windows, Linux and OpenVMS

Is this a better option for a BOOT disk than the per processor charge that Mirror Disk UX carries?

Is anyone doing this?
Desaster recovery? Right !

I think smart array is a better choise. It is cheaper and easier to manage.
