Socket erroe
I have an application running on hpux 10.2. It has been running fine. Just recently it started giving me the error "timeout waiting to get sock file: /tmp/helper.3157". It puts the helper file in /tmp and also an orb file that is a socket file. I don't know socket errors very well. Can anyone enlighten me?

Re: Socket erroe
Since your question seems to be more application related I'm not sure this is your answer. But I figured it couldn't hurt:
