Can someone tell me why when I go to the HP software download page and select a bundle to download (HIDS for example) I am told that my request cannot be processed. I then send HP an email detailing my problem and I receive an email that I have 3 days to preform the download and I can then successfully download the file. Subsequent download attempts fail and I need to go through the same process all over again.

Shalom,

I suspect the origional problem is due to content filtering/proxy configuration of your network. Seems the download is having an issue.

We actually have a single system with unfiltered DSL in my office we use to bypass these kind of issues.

The rest of your question seems to involve HP's site management practices and we non-hp people can't answer that kind of question.

Robert-Jan: I know the sites but the problem is I get the following error when I try to download:

We are unable to process your order.

Perhaps there is an HP person out there who can answer or should I just place a call to the response center.

May I know if you still have any issue?
Are you trying to download HIDS on 11.23 or 11.11 or 11.31 ?

I just successfully downloaded HIDS 11.23. I then tried to down another bundle and I received the following message:

We are unable to process your order.

The site will not allow me to download two packages until I email them and they give me permission to do so.
