SourceForge on HP
This question was asked about a year ago by Steve. He did'nt get any answers.
Has anyone setup SourceForge on HP?
We have a request to find out if it can be done. There are additional apps that are required. I could not find some of them on the HP archive and porting centre.
The ones in question are
ModSSL
PostgreSql
PHP
viewcvs
Thanks for any help
Eileen

Re: SourceForge on HP
Hi,
I can give 2 answers of your question :
I'm using php on HP-UX : no problem, you have to compile by hand php+apache (use gcc it's the easiest way to do it).
about SSL, as i can compile apache, I don't think it's a big issue for mod_ssl (You will have to use libssl which can be found with openssl. available at porting center). I'm using it (but not with APache).
Concerning PostgreSql, I used php+mysql+Oracle, which means that mysql works ! I don't think it a big issue to compile PostgreSql.

And finally for viewcvs, I have no idae !
Try to compile and have fun !
regards
Benoit
