ssh connectivity problem

Hi,
I am not able to ssh to another system as a non-root user it si giving error

no matching comp found: client zlib server none,zlib@openssh.com

I even tried by setting Compression=yes in sshd_config file but nothing seems to work

try posting the actual command(s) issued (as well as the error reported). my crystal ball is out being polished.
