SSH host [command] without password

I used ssh2 on tru64 unix. I've setup the .rhosts|.shosts; /etc/hosts.equiv|/etc/shost.equiv;
rsh|rlogin|rcp work well, if use ssh2 hostname, I kept getting prompt for password.
Questions: what else need be configured so that ssh2 host without password.

Recently I installed
T1471AA A.04.20.004 HP-UX Secure Shell
on two HP-UX 11.00 systems. I followed all the steps exactly as described in the Word document pointed out in the previous post. However, I was not able to use ssh without password. Is this feature disabled in version 4.x? Do I have to do more things? Any help will be highly appreciated.
