SSH2.4.0 security vulnerabiliity

Hi, anyone have problems with SSH2.4.0? The UNIXREVIEW for April 2001 report that the RSA or DSA can be cracked and SSH2.5.2 should be installed. I am running 11.0 not 11i is this still an issue regardless of os?
