Have you installed that QPK bundle that will add pfil to your system? Looks like it might be a patch...

I think the patch you need is PHNE_33395. Do you have it installed?

Re: /stand/system.d/pfil error

we have two identical systems (nclass, same mem. disks evrything) and the second system has the pfil but does not. is it ok to copy the pfil and ipf files from the other box. not sure why it is not loaded on this. we patched both the machines long back with QPK 04 and we tght it wass the same. can i copy those 2 missing files?

Thanks

Re: /stand/system.d/pfil error

Did you try the swverify to ensure that that patch was installed properly. I am not sure if you can just copy them over, but before doing that, I would ensure that the correct patch is on the system and that it was installed correctly.

Re: /stand/system.d/pfil error

swverify returns 681 files had errors and 446 files had warnings. But the other machines has more errors in no of files..so i dont think that is an issue here.

THanks

Re: /stand/system.d/pfil error

Well Brian, you can try copying the files over....and it may work. I don't see anything on the net about doing it that way. I would remove and reinstall that patch just to make sure there are definitely no errors or problems. Then, failing that, I would try and copy from the other system.
