statdaemon
i have daemon named "statdaemon"...first of all
i could not able to find any doc or man page
about it...On my production srv i have checked
this proc PID=3 via Glance and shows me about
CPU(usage)&System CPU value arrounds 3.8-4.0
is it normal?Could it be the reason may needs
any patch?
i have checked my other servers N-class &rp5430
with glance about statdaemon and CPu(usage)&system CPU=0.0
Ok..i do not have any problem about my production server but i just try to find out
why this daemon eats CPU even though low % ?
Thank's...

Re: statdaemon
look for 'rstatd' or 'rpc.statd' in /etc/inetd.conf.
unfortunately I'm not quite sure on this, but of course the cpu consumption is too high.
look at the statdaemon man page :)
