sice Saturday i get this message:

Sat Feb 21 16:59:04 2004: Attempt to retrieve Field Replaceable Unit
Identification Data (FRUID) from the Serial Presence
Detect EEPROMS on a Field Replaceable Unit failed.

Sat Feb 21 16:59:04 2004: Tool completed with exit_status MOD_INCOMPLETE (5)
indicating the tool was started but could not
properly complete execution.


The stm starts with failure, but all proposals for solution are correct.

Try to use stm - September 2001 release of Support Plus for HP-UX 11i (11.11) running on S800/S700 systems

Have you got the latest PDC installed on this system? There was a timing problem that reportd that should have been fixed in the latest firmware revision. What system type is this happening on? The known problem affects rp7410 systems with a single MP card in slot 1.

It would also be worth upgrading the OnlineDiags; A.34 is over a year old.

What changed on the system on or before Saturday?
