stm logtool utility error
Hello everyone.
When I run stm > logtool utility > view > raw log OR formatted log, stm said that current log file not exist so it cannot proceed..
/var/stm/logs/os/ directory have no *.log files, *.fmt files and also *.log.cur file.
How can I fix this problem?
Thanks...

Re: stm logtool utility error
Shalom,
Tell us your OS and patch level (uname -a)
Tell us what version of stm(swlist -l product | grep diagnostic)
Often times the version is out of date or Online diagnostics need to be swremoved and swinstalled.
Sometimes a specific patch is required.

Re: stm logtool utility error
Hi Zungwon,
It's not necessarily a problem, it could simply mean that there have been no errors reported on your system (unlikely, you may think, but not unheard of).
However, it would be as well to check that you do have a recent version of the OnlineDiags installed, and that the daemons and monitors are running. diaglogd and diagmond should be running, plus others dependent on the hardware and OS version.
