stuck in sam

I tried to access SAM from the secure web console. When it asked for a term type I entered vt100. I wanted to delete a print job and now I am stuck in the help screen. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem...

Might try Cntl ^B and reset the GSP via XD - R to login back in and just use telent and then use SAM without the Web interface.

Can XD-R be run from root? Someone else also mentioned accessing root via telenet and I will do that in the future.
