Subnet filtering utility

I am running OV on HPUX 10.20. Do you came across any HPUX 10.20 utility that
can provide subnet filtering, so that packets from certain IP subnets can be
discarded before reaching to OV application layer ?

The purpose of this is to do simulation test on OV to verify its performance
when many devices were unreachable.
