SolutionHP-UX's EMS would appear to provide at least some of the functionality of sun explorer.
ISEE might as well.

You can get a system configuration summary using Ignite-UX command
# /opt/ignite/bin/print_manifest
If the system has ISEE agent installed, then ISEE-SysInfo would provide the system details.
