Been discussed many times in this forum.
Just do a search. But for quick info, 30th June 2003 is the EOS date.

It will be discontinued on 30 June 2002. Supported till 30 June 2003.

I believe 10.20 is supposed to be supported until 6/30/03, i.e. June 2003 as stated by this document:
