Hi Nanda,
You should download doc from docs.hp.com and read all option for each command.you will come know how to get informations on HPUX.
For Example.
OS & Level patch.
Os version you can get from uname -r or -a option.
For level of patch you have to read about swlist command and option details.Better asking specific command take docs and read it all.

From BCV down appears to be referencing commands on EMC storage software and products so you want to go to:
http://powerlink.emc.com and register.
EMC documentation is provided there.
