swcopy error

Hi All
I am trying copy a software depot in /var/spool/sw from one server Dev to another server Prod.

I am e=getting not eniugh permisions error
ERROR: "Prod:/var/spool/sw": You do not have the required
permissions to select this target. Check permissions using
the "swacl" command or see your system administrator for
assistance. Or, to manage applications designed and packaged
for nonprivileged mode, see the "run_as_superuser" option in
the "sd" man page.
* Target connection failed for "Prod:/var/spool/sw".
ERROR: More information may be found in the daemon logfile on this
target (default location is Prod:/var/adm/sw/swagentd.log).
* Selection had errors.

Please suggest

try restarting swagentd with the command
/usr/sbin/swagentd -r.
There is always something new to learn everyday !!

ACL has been set on your server. restart swagent daemon and run swcopy as root user.

Hi All

I did restarted the swagentd on both the Servers.
But Again Iam getting the same error.

Also Jaime . Could you plese send me the Document.

Also ACL comes in to effect when I trying to install or remove packages .
How come swcopy is affected by ACL.
Please suggest.
