swinstall errors

I have an C3600 running 11.11 and I'm trying to install the new Mozilla 1.12.0.1 with options Mount_all_filesystems=false and reinstall_filesets=true, however after I do the analysis and then check ok for the execution it seems to loose the mount_all_filesystems setting and attempts to mount everything in /etc/fstab which then errors off. It also gets the following errors in addition to the above;
WARNING: Can't create core transition links since files/directories exist:
/etc/d.cshrc -> /etc/skel/.cshrc
/etc/d.exrc -> /etc/skel/.exrc
/etc/d.login -> /etc/skel/.login
/etc/d.profile -> /etc/skel/.profile
NOTE: Complete with message(s) displayed above
WARNING: The command "/usr/lbin/sw/install_clean" had warnings. The
installation will continue. Check the above output for
details about the warnings.
