sydiag problem
After using the sysdiag for a while I found that it can not be used. When I am
trying to use the sysdiag tool I am recieving the following error
# sysdiag
*** ERROR - Unable to send a request message to the diagnostic monitor.
Diag)
The Diagnostic System is not available now.
I would like to know how to use the sysdiag tool again.
May I kill the process DIAGMON and launch it again for thi purpose?

Re: sydiag problem
Hi,
The sysdiag is the old utility we use to use in version and since been
replaced. The new utility is stm. If you have installed the on-line diagnostics
on a system running HP-UX 10 or 11 then all you need to do is type stm.
The fact that the diagmond is running makes me think that you are trying to use
the old utility on a newer O/S version.
If you have a GUI telnet client and your DISPLAY variable set then stm will
call the xstm GUI version for you. If you are using an ascii telnet client then
stm will call mstm ascii version for you.
