syslog entry regarding nslookup

I received this morning a message in the syslog.log that was generated by the named demon ..... named[3334] sysquery: nslookup reports danger (ns1.cityinternet.org). This message was repeated several times and has not been repeated since the last entry in the syslog. What dose this actually mean? Thanks, Otto
