Syslog - Logging failed logins

I need to get 5 CLJ CP3505 printers to send failed logins to a Syslog server. Right now, only failed Telnet logins are sent and I need the Web Interface to do the same thing. I have the Syslog set to 7 and LPR. Anyone have any ideas?

TIA,
John

Re: Syslog - Logging failed logins

You seem to be asking how to fiddle with the EWS in your printers to send log info to HP-UX?
This seems like a question for a printer's forum?
The EWS documentation is here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodClassId=-1&contentType=SupportManual&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=3290546#4

Re: Syslog - Logging failed logins

And if you read all the way to P55, it mentions: HP Jetdirect Administrator's Guide
And when you search for that:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00856308/c00856308.pdf
And on P26 there it mentions:
The syslog server's IP address tag. It specifies the server that the HP Jetdirect print server sends syslog messages to.
P30 & 31 too, mentions LPR.
P48 & 73
