there are the following messages in syslog.log files

i don't know what kind of queue....
Does anybody know?

This message is produced by the sctl driver, Major No.203 (Hex value bc).
The PHKL_30150 patch has a fix for a similar problem.

Process hang can result during a device open. The system log (/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log) shows Queue Full status
and a large retry count on an Inquiry request.

If this patch is already present in your system, check if it is in configured state and check if all the dependent patches are in place as well.
You can also try reseating this SCSI controller card, as a last measure, and check if it helps.
