Re: System does not boot automatically
Once the machine was up and stable, I re-established all the mirrors in the proper order on the 2nd disk.

Re: System does not boot automatically
I think you should downgrade Firmware of EFI and BMC, may be to 2.13.
Good luck,
Hanh.

I am using rx4640 and have the same issue.
Dave,
Could you please let me know the steps for
"fixed this issue by reflashing the firmware, (HP was of no help). It turned out there was a mismatch with the firmware on the scsi cntrl. "
Regards,
Vijay

Re: System does not boot automatically
You need to go to the firmware download page and install the latest firmware bundle for your operating system.

Re: System does not boot automatically
We have just experienced the same problem on an rx7640 running 11.23. This occurred when we tested a mirror of the boot disk (after installing Mirror disk UX) by selecting it from the EFI boot menu.
Can you verify that the firmware download resolved the problem?
Many thanks,
David
