System Resources

Hello all. I just need a general guideline in terms of what is a critical load.
1. Is the following top stats considered normal?

Load averages: 6.45, 4.14, 4.25
494 processes: 374 sleeping, 119 running, 1 zombie
CPU LOAD USER NICE SYS IDLE
avg 6.36 9.9% 17.8% 72.0% 0.4%
BLOCK SWAIT INTR SSYS
0.0% 0.0% 0.0% 0.0%

2. Sometimes the ksyncer_daemon, vxfsd are always in the top 5 glance PIDs. Usually I see user % 100, disk 20%, memory 40%, swap 26% and I am not sure why. I get different opinions on server acceptable load.

Can you guide me to a good doc or a hint as to what is acceptable?

Re: System Resources

You can check this document. It's a good reference. Not as specific as you want it but could help you out:
