Is there a way to get information about a tape device without physically looking at the system? I have a remote system that I have never seen with a tape device giving me some errors and I want to look in the KB for troubleshooting info, but I don't know the model. If there is a method in SAM, what is the corresponding command line method?

mt -f /dev/rmt/0m status
mt -f /dev/rmt/0m status
