telnetd error messages

Good Day!.... I found this in our syslog.log (telnetd[11846]: Error checking child termination status: error 4: Interrupted system call). Can somebody give an idea?

The error mentioned (Error checking child termination status:) can be resolved by following the steps in HP document IDs:S3100005712 & A5757455
