Terminal session manager-setup

How do I go about setting up tsm to work on our HP9000 system running HP-UX 10.20. I stumbled across tsm whilst looking for a way to print to a local printer on remote PC's. I've checked the man page on tsm, but did'nt find it much use.
Any info much appreciated, also need to know how to use it when on a remote PC.
