the problem about update-ux

But when it completed, I found the Mirrordisk has been removed by system. so I decide to downgrade the OS to 11.11
how shall i do?

If you do have software maintenance and did not get those then call HP and request them.
Now if you must go back to 11.11, your best bet would be to restore via an Ignite/UX backup of sort (either tape or network).
If you didn't do either of those I'm not sure what options, if any, you have.

oh, I haven't software maintenance agreement,I want to go back to 11.11,but i haven't ignite backup, can I remove the 11.23?

If mirror disk is installed and properly licensed, then update/ux should mirgrate the lvm configuration, including the mirrored volumes.
It is also possible that there was a problem with the installation of mirror/ux and update/ux was unable to migrate the configuration.
In my opinion, update/ux should have taken one of the following actions:
1) Error out and stop the upgrade.
2) Prompt the user for new codewords.
Your mirror/ux licenses should be good with 11.23. I had to get codewords but I didn't have to spend any additonal money when I migrated my former employer from 11.00 to 11.11.
