threads on 10.20

I am looking for a debugger or tool to view user threads on HPUX 10.20. I tried GlancePlus, gdb, DDE .. Any suggestions? We have some orbixMT 2.3 code we are tring to debug and getting deadlocl\ks and want to trace threads.
