Thunderbird
Having recently had to abandon Firefox V3 because it is horrendously slow, I am reluctant to try the latest release of Thunderbird. Does anyone have any experience with Thunderbird V2.0.0.19.02? Or any previous versions?
I'm thinking about trying to use Thunderbird on my HP-UX C3000 V11.11 workstation so I don't have to rely on Lotus Notes, which is a piece of crap, as long as you asked. But I don't want to get into the CPU bound situation that FF V3 put me in.

Re: Thunderbird
Shalom,
I've used Thunderbird with recent versions of HP-UX. Peformance and usability was okay. These systems are incredbily overpowered however, your mileage may vary.
Use Lotus Notes too in the office. First time. Ewww. Have a beer and forget about that.

Re: Thunderbird
Steve,
Thanks for the feedback.
As you well know, having a beer is pretty much a constant with me. I take a short break during work hours but then I resume trying to forget such recurring nightmares as Notus Lotes. Unfortunately it just won't go away!
Cheers,
Pete
