if you want change just time

use SAM ...

SAM -> Time -> system clock

try /usr/lib/tztab. The TZ value is set in in /etc/TIMEZONE file

Kernel parameters tz and dst are hardly used anymore. /etc/TIMEZONE is used now.
To change timezone use 'set_parms timezone'.
