The HP-UX 11.0 equivalent command is tusc. For 10.20 & below, use trace-1.6. Both can be found at the HPUX Porting and Archive Center at http://hpux.cae.wisc.edu/

Keep in mind that tusc's "truss compatability" is a 'best effort' sort of thing. It would be better (IMO) to lean the tusc-specific options and use them rather than rely on truss compatability.
