ts99!
we found some problem with A500.
in 2 days we had 7-8 panic reboot.
the var/adm/crash is full and I followed the HP crash analysis (http://67.176.164.101/ll/hpq4.html)
I found a HPMC probl, can you tell me form the ts99 what kind of specific problem is it.
and how can I read it?
thanks
LF

Re: ts99!
You can log a call to HP , and they will provide the tool , collection.sh and crashinfo (binary file) , copy it and run the collection.sh and you are done.
Send the resulted gz file to HP , and they will tell quickly the exact reason for panic.
hth,
Raj.
