undeliverable mail issue

Hi everyone,

Got this rather weird problem....

When an external user sends an e-mail to a non-existent user on our network, it will pass the mail onto th China network. It determines that there is no such user on that network either. A non-deliverable mail is sent to the external user from the China site.

Strangely, the same mail is also sent to a user on the China network. The users who receive such mail are not the same ones all the time.

Can anyone help? Appreciate assistance urgently. Thks in advance.
