Uninstall a software through swremove -d

Hi,
I installed Apache-1.3.22-sd-10.20.depot(/opt/apache)use swinstall,and I could swlist:
apache 1.3.22 apache
Now I want to uninstall it,SAM/Software Management/Remove Software/Remove Local Host Software/Select Target Path:I type in"/",OK,system tell me Error:"The operation you have attented is only allow on target machines which have HP OpenView Software Distributor install.To perform this operation,first run the hP OpenView software distributor.
I run "pushAgent" for command line,choose 2. Install the SD agent onto remote systems/Name of systems:hostname/Password:***,as shown: Status: ERROR: Rexec as root denied ...,but in
SAM/Networking and Communications/System Access/exec:status is allowed.

Now I am puzzled!Could you help me? Thanks

Hi,

Try running swremove without the -d option. apache should be listed as one of the installed applications that you can remove.

Hi,
swlist, swinstall, swremove are fussy about network, check the /etc/hosts file, hostname command, still if not in /etc/nsswitch.conf file make sure first entry for all options(hosts, n/w ....) is file
never give up
