Unknown error in switch statement

Hi,

I am getting the below error daily on my screen. Can anyone please tell me why this message is appearing and also help me with solution to avoid this.

syslog: PROCESS_TCP_DATA: Unknown error in switch statement, id = 384

are you sure this message is not being generated by some code you are running on your machine?
