UnsatisfiedLinkError : no zip on java.library.path

I get the above exception when starting our application on the following system:

java version "JavaVM-1.3.0.01"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build jinteg:02/14/01-23:51)
HotSpot VM (build 1.0.1fcs jinteg:02/15/01-02:43 PA2.0, mixed mode)

HP-UX hpdual B.11.00 U 9000/800 592796527 unlimited-user license

I have have define the SHLIB_PATH env variable.

Any ideas ?
