Hello
We are running hpux ldap 1.10 and I would like to upgrade to the newest version of ldap 2.0. What steps would I need to take in order to make this a smooth upgrade. I am thinking of doing something like dumping the users and then importing them back into the new ldap. Not too sure though. We have about 10k users on the ldap database and I cant take a chance of messing anything up.
~ Thanks
Richard

Re: Upgrading Ldap
Richard,
If all you're doing is upgrading from LDAP-UX B.01.10 to B.02.00, you should not need to make changes to your account data in the LDAP directory. Simply install B.02.00.
FYI, the latest version of LDAP-UX is B.03.01, available at software.hp.com.
