user password change through secure http


I have a set of users that access files on my rx8600 HPUX 11.23 and I need them to be able to change there password every 60 days.

They are not apt enough to connect through ssh, so I was hoping for a secure web solution? or does another remote method exist?

I use this open source app, works great.

http://changepassword.sourceforge.net/
