Using ghostscript to print PostScript to a PCL printer.

I have a JetDirect 380x with a Deskjet 970Cse printer attached to it. I already installed it and set as default on HP-UX 11i.

when I lpr a text file it comes out fine.

Instead of "lpr" under the postscript command what do I put to use ghostscript to read the PostScript and send it to the Deskjet as PCL?

Is there anything else I need to have in order to get this to work?

Thanks.

Re: Using ghostscript to print PostScript to a PCL printer.

No need to figure it out, bought a COLOR Laser printer for less than the JetDirect itself, $133, with >500 pages print left on the toners.

I'll sell the JetDirect on eBay for $140 (what I bought it for) and the Deskjet 970Cse.

Printer works great printing PS (level 3 even)
